Idea came from my hand cream scent xDDD
So they are two Shetland Sheepdog puppy sisters. (can be drawn in adult form)
Milk, the older one, has a genetic defect (Blue eyes, white fur=deafness in some cases) and can't hear. It is Honey who always stands up for her older sister. Milk is the smarter one, so she acts as the brains and Honey as the communicator. Over time Milk has learned to communicate through body signs. She can be very detailed (even if it is only body language) and she can talk naturally with Honey. Milk understands and manages to get her point across to others a little, too.
Milk's accessory is the blue Poinsettia, and Honey's is the Hibiscus.
Milk is very fun and bouncy, and has a very positive attitude, even though she is deaf. Honey, who always had to help Milk communicate, and took care of her (when they were really young), has developed a mature, protective personality.
If there are any similar OCs or characters anywhere that is a coincidence! These puppies came straight out of my brain. Plus I'm sure there's a lot of deaf-communicator pairs x3
